Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a membership on Out-Skooled™ (operated by RPI Education), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including profiles you create for family members or students. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a membership.

3. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider until cancelled. Prices shown on the membership page at the time of purchase apply. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Renewals are charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

4. Plan limits

Each plan includes defined limits (for example, the number of family profiles or classroom students). Plans are for the stated audience and may not be shared beyond those limits. School and district licences are quoted individually and are not sold through online checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, scrape or republish our content, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, or use the service to harm others.

6. Educational content — not advice

All content, AI coaching, calculators, roadmaps and analysis are provided for education only. They are not financial, investment, mortgage, insurance, tax, accounting or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions. RPI Education is not responsible for outcomes of decisions you make.

7. Intellectual property

Out-Skooled™, RPI Wealth GPS™, the 7 Keys to Wealth framework and all platform content are owned by RPI Education. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your membership is active.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
