Who we are

Out-Skooled™ is operated by RPI Education. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and member platform, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address and password credentials.
• Household and profile information — family member profiles, roles and learning progress you choose to add.
• Financial information you enter — goals, net worth entries, property and investment details used to personalize your RPI Wealth GPS™.
• Usage information — pages viewed, features used and diagnostic logs.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and personalize the platform, generate AI coaching and learning recommendations, manage your membership and billing, provide customer support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Children and student data

Child and student profiles are created and controlled by a parent, guardian or educator account holder. Household data is restricted so only members of that household (and, for classrooms, the responsible educator) can access it. Parents and educators may delete a profile at any time.

Service providers

We share limited data with providers who help us run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery and AI model providers. They may only use the data to deliver their service to us.

Data retention and security

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security so accounts cannot read each other's data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may close your account at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
